Shipping is available within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $7, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Standard order processing time is one business day.
Free local pickup
Visit RNG-Gamez at 301 US Highway 22 East, Green Brook, NJ 08812. Free local pickup is available seven days a week during regular business hours, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM. Orders are normally ready the same day. Come to the event registration desk and provide your order number or the name on your order.
Your account and order updates
Sign in to your account and open Orders to view order updates. If tracking is available for a shipped order, use the tracking details provided with your order update. Questions about an order? Contact us with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only for non-trading-card products within 30 days. Trading-card products are not eligible for returns. For a return request, an incorrect item, or damage, contact the store with your order number before sending an item back.
Order cancellations
Preorder products cannot be canceled. In-stock orders can be canceled within one business day of placing the order, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact the store promptly with your order number to request an eligible cancellation.
