1. About the store
RNG-Gamez is operated by R&M Worldwide LLC, located at 301 US Highway 22 East, Green Brook, NJ 08812. These Terms of Service govern use of our online store and purchases made through it. Our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information and are available through the store footer.
2. Accounts and use of the store
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when using the store. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not use the store for unlawful activity or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
3. Products, prices, and orders
Review the product, printing, condition, finish, language, quantity, and price shown for the item you select before ordering. Products are subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Review the order total and payment details before completing checkout. Payments are processed through the payment services provided at checkout. If you notice a listing or order error, contact us promptly.
4. Shipping and local pickup
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $7, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders are normally processed within one business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time; delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Local pickup is available at 301 US Highway 22 East, Green Brook, NJ 08812. Pickup is normally available the same day during store hours, daily from noon to 10 PM. Provide your order number or the name on the order at pickup. See Shipping & Local Pickup for further information.
5. Preorders and cancellations
Preorders cannot be cancelled. Unfulfilled in-stock orders may be cancelled within one business day of placing the order. Contact [email protected] promptly to request an eligible cancellation. Preorder prices and availability are specified in the applicable offer.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for non-trading-card products only, within 30 days of delivery and in the same condition in which they were sent. Trading cards are not eligible for returns. The customer pays return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for instructions and details.
7. Content and third-party services
Product names, artwork, card images, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party services linked from the store, including community services, have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
