1. About this policy
RNG-Gamez is operated by R&M Worldwide LLC. This policy explains our return, refund, and cancellation rules. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted for non-trading-card products only. Trading cards are not eligible for returns. The return window is 30 days from delivery. Eligible products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

3. Return shipping and fees
The customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Contact us if you have questions about the status of a refund.
5. Shipping damage
Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact [email protected] with your order details.
6. Cancellations
Preorders cannot be cancelled. Unfulfilled in-stock orders may be cancelled within one business day of placing the order. Contact us promptly to request an eligible cancellation.
