- Near Mint (NM)
- Looks unplayed — crisp corners and edges, a clean surface, little to no wear.

You can only use this effect of "Heart of the Blue-Eyes" once per turn. If this card is in your GY, and you have successfully activated "Millennium Ankh" this Duel, and your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s) that is Level 8 or higher, or has 3000 or more ATK: You can send that monster to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can only use this effect of "Heart of the Blue-Eyes" once per Duel.
